The Main Men
The beekeepers are hard at work (as always) making sure all the hives are safe and sound for the NZ winter. The warm weather out there is making life difficult; the bees are not going nicely to bed as they should be….no peace for the wicked!

What a story and what a journey! I have bought some of this glorious honey and can actually taste the flowers in it. My granddaughter is a singer and takes it to keep her voice in tip top condition. It really is superb.
Thank you Mary, so glad to hear that you love it as much as I do!
Is this company part of the UMF? And I am unclear about the honey being made in NZ or UK? I searched for a direct supplier for Manuka Honey. Certified by NZ standards. Are you Certified?
Dear Natalie , I can’t apologise enough for missing your post, and hence I have taken so long to get back to you. In answer to your questions the honey is made in NZ where manuka thrives (there is only the tiniest amount of manuka in the UK) it is fully lab tested, certified and packaged in NZ for it to comply with NZ standards. We do not use the UMF labelling but we use MGO instead which is now commonly used. I work with the beekeepers in NZ and bring it here by sea. If there is anything else you would like to know please don’t hesitate to ask.
